Shipping within Germany & the EU

We ship all orders free of charge via DHL-Premium (with Tracking-ID) parcel service.
Shipping is available with no minimum order value.
All in-stock products are packed and dispatched on the same business day.
DHL Express shipments within Europe: typically 1–2 business days.

We ship worldwide – including the USA – via DHL Paket International Premium with tracking.
Worldwide shipping is available with no minimum order value.
Express shipping is optional via DHL Express or FedEx Express.
Express shipments worldwide: approx. 2–3 business days.
For an order value over 800 EUR, shipping is automatically upgraded to express.

All required customs, export, and trade documents are prepared fully and correctly by us.
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These are charged directly by the respective shipping carrier (e.g. DHL or FedEx) and billed to you.
You do not need to go to the customs office – delivery is made directly and with no additional effort.
Each shipment is declared correctly and transparently to ensure fast and smooth import clearance.
