General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for the Corrigia Manufaktur, Mittelwegring 12, D-76751 Jockgrim

The following right of withdrawal applies to our products:

§ 1 Scope and Definitions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop at www.corrigia.com in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

§ 2 Contracting parties and conclusion of the contract

(1) The purchase agreement is concluded with:

(2) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the customer to submit an offer.

(3) The customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement by going through the ordering procedure provided in the online shop and at the end clicking the “Buy now” button (or an equivalent designation).

(4) The ordering process generally includes the following steps:
1) Selection of desired items and configuration (if available)
2) Adding the products to the shopping cart
3) Accessing the shopping cart and checking the order summary
4) Click on “Checkout”
5) Enter billing and delivery address and select payment method
6) Review and, if necessary, correction of the entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the order button

(5) Immediately after submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of the order (order confirmation). This order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer.

§ 3 Storage of contract text

We will send the customer the order details and these terms and conditions by email after the order is completed. For security reasons, the order details are not permanently accessible online. If a customer account has been created, the customer can view past orders in their account.

§ 4 Prices, shipping costs, payment methods

(1) The prices in euros displayed in the online shop at the time of ordering apply. Shipping costs may be added and will be shown separately during the ordering process.

(2) The payment methods displayed in the shop (e.g. prepayment, PayPal, credit card, others via payment service providers) are available. The specific payment options available will be displayed during the ordering process.

(3) In the case of advance payment, the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

§ 5 Delivery and delivery time

(1) Deliveries will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) The delivery time is specified in the respective product description. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment.

(3) If an item is permanently unavailable, we reserve the right not to accept the customer's offer. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal (Cancellation policy)

No right of withdrawal for custom-made and special-order items.

For products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (custom-made and special-order products), there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

Right of withdrawal for standard products

The following right of withdrawal applies to stock items and standard products:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

§ 8 Return shipping costs in case of cancellation

In the event of a valid cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the goods correspond to those ordered.

§ 9 Contract Language

The contract language is exclusively German.
