Product description
Premium belt made from vegetable-tanned natural leather.
The Corrigia PRE-V belt is a handcrafted, unique piece made with traditional saddlery techniques. With a width of 3.5 cm and a total length of approximately 105 cm (standard size M–L), it pairs perfectly with jeans and casual wear. Crafted from strong, vegetable-tanned natural leather with an authentic finish – robust, elegant, and durable.
Material thickness approx. 4 mm, solid natural leather, CNC milled 316L stainless steel buckle, completely handmade.
MANUFACTURING METHOD
- The buckle is double-stitched by hand with extra-strong, waxed thread.
- The transition from leather to buckle is additionally screwed securely in place.
- The first loop is sewn securely on both sides.
- A second, loose loop for adjustment is included.
- For optimal fit, three holes are punched, the first approximately 15 cm from the end of the belt.
THE BUCKLE – INDESTRUCTIBLE PREMIUM QUALITY
Our buckle is not a mass-produced item. It is CNC-machined entirely from solid 316L stainless steel, the same material used in high-end watchmaking and medical technology. While many manufacturers use brass or iron, we deliberately opt for a quality level that is virtually indestructible.
The CNC machining gives the buckle an impressive weight, exceptional stability, and a level of precision rarely found elsewhere. We have yet to see another manufacturer offer buckles of this quality. A truly unique selling point from Corrigia.
MATERIALS USED
- Approximately 4 mm thick premium cowhide leather from a German tannery
- 1.3 mm thick waxed yarn leather from a German manufacturer
- Extremely tear-resistant, waxed saddlery thread made in Germany
- Beeswax leather balm, resin and acid-free, for care and protection
Each belt is a handcrafted, unique piece. It is designed for many years of daily use and develops a distinctive patina over time, the kind that only genuine, natural leather can produce.
