Product description
The "Fletch06" strap is meticulously handcrafted using highly elaborate techniques, precisely replicating the historical original (Vintage Vintage Diver-WatchSammler MW). Due to its authentic character, we recommend ordering the strap with a sewn-in GPF buckle and True Vintage technology.
Width and thickness
- The length and width can be determined using the strap configurator.
- The thickness of the band is determined manually by us based on the selected widths/folding technique in the configurator.
- With a selected width between 24mm and 28mm, the band has a thickness of approximately 4mm to 6mm.
- With a selected width between 21mm and 23mm, the band has a thickness of approximately 3mm to 4mm.
- With a selected width between 18mm and 20mm, the band has a thickness of approximately 2mm to 3mm.
Holes
- If you order the strap without a sewn-in buckle, the holes will be punched to fit the OEM buckles and a loop will be sewn on. This ensures a perfect fit for the OEM buckle later.
- Number of holes: 5 holes (up to 145mm) or 6 holes (from 145mm)
Method of manufacture
- The strap is manufactured using the classic methods of the original.
- Each individual stitch hole is punched by hand with an antique awl and double-stitched by hand with waxed thread.
- The clasp and the first keeper are held in a loop.

Materials used
- Soft and high-quality cowhide leather from a German tannery.
- Tear-resistant and stable waxed yarn made in Germany!
- Beeswax leather balm (resin and acid free)
Tradition and passion
- The Reborn series is produced using historical folding and sewing techniques from the original 1960s. Only antique tools are used, from the old awl and leather knife to the old leather plane.
- The vintage look and signs of wear are achieved through hours of manual sanding and polishing. The leather is not subsequently painted with dye, and no chemicals are used.
- Finally, the strap is treated with seawater and leather grease.
