1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting party and conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Corrigia Manufaktur.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Handcraftsmanship, individuality & product presentation
All Corrigia products are handcrafted.
Slight deviations in:
Color
Structure
Leather grain
Patina
Surface finish
do not constitute a defect, but are an expression of handcrafted production.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly depending on screen display.
4. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
Additional shipping costs may apply and are shown separately at checkout.
The payment methods offered in the shop are displayed during the ordering process.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Delivery and delivery time
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times result from the respective product description.
For individually manufactured products, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
If an item is permanently unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal for made-to-measure and custom-made items
For products that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
Right of withdrawal for standard products
The following right of withdrawal applies to in-stock and standard goods:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal
We will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
All content of this shop, in particular texts, images, designs, logos, and product presentations, is protected by copyright.
Use without prior written consent is not permitted.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available at:

11. Contract language
The contract language is German and English.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
