We are delighted to introduce our latest creation - The most stable and vulcanized FKM rubber watch strap ever made.

• Our rubber strap is suitable for wrist sizes from 17cm to 23cm, as we have punched the first hole 50mm from the lug. (The distance from hole center to hole center is only 7 mm.)
  
  
• The high-quality vulcanized Corrigia FKM rubber watch strap with Accordion-Wave design has been fully designed and developed by our team.

The Corrigia rubber Strap is completely waterproof, making it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.

We understand the importance of a comfortable and perfect fit between the watch case and the strap, which is why we have solved various problems during product development to ensure a perfect fit.

Our new FKM rubber watch strap features the following properties:

Physical properties:

• High abrasion resistance, meaning it is highly resistant to wear and friction.
• High tear strength, giving the strap high durability.
• Low compression set, making it shock-absorbent and resistant to sudden loads.
• Elongation at break from 100% to 300%, meaning the strap retains its shape when stretched.
• Low deformation under external pressure, known as compression set.

Thermal properties:

• Resistant to high temperatures up to 200°C.
• Cold-resistant down to -20°C, maximum -40°C.
• With a higher fluorine content, the temperature resistance increases, but the brittleness at lower temperatures also increases.
• Non-combustible.

Chemical properties:

• High resistance to various chemicals such as acids, alkalis, aliphatic, aromatic, and halogenated hydrocarbons, vegetable and animal oils, fuels, silicone, and other mineral oils.
• Does not swell and retains its properties when in contact with fuels and mineral oils.
• These properties make the Corrigia FKM rubber watch strap extremely resistant and durable.

Our list of challenges we mastered during the project phase:

• Task 1: We ensured that the material thickness on the lug side from the hole's inner edge to the hole's outer edge is exactly 2.5mm (measured without the steel tubes). Most rubber straps on the market have a thickness of only 2mm at this point, but with our strap, there will be no gap between the watch case and the strap after installation.
• Task 2: The band comes with installed stainless steel tubes for additional stability.
• Task 3: The material thickness on the short side from the hole's inner edge to the hole's outer edge is exactly 2.0mm where the buckle is mounted. In contrast to the usual OEM rubber straps, which have a thickness of only 1.02mm at this point on the buckle hole side.
• Task 4: The material thickness on the lug side is exactly 7.2mm, in contrast to the usual OEM rubber straps, which have a thickness of only 6.5mm on the lug side.
• Task 5: The material thickness in the middle and at the end of the band on the long side is exactly 4mm, in contrast to OEM rubber straps, which have a thickness of 3mm in the middle and at the end of the band.
• Task 6: The material thickness in the middle and at the end of the band on the short side is also 4mm, in contrast to most OEM rubber straps, which have a thickness of 2.99mm in the middle and at the end of the band.
• Task 7: We added 4 notches to securely attach the first keeper.
• Task 8: All holes and openings were punched to fit the Corrigia buckle as well as OEM buckles.
• Task 9: The band comes with a deep-engraved Corrigia logo on both sides.
• Task 10: The band has 3-fold "accordion-waves," in contrast to OEM rubber bands, which have 2-fold accordion-waves on both sides.
• Task 11: The first accordion head will be round, while the second and third accordions will remain flatter but aerodynamically aligned with the first round accordion head to ensure a smoother transition and better power transmission and elasticity.
• Task 12: The first hole will be punched 50mm from the lug, and we will punch a total of 8 holes. The distance from hole center to hole center is 7mm.
• Task 13: The holes on the long side are square-shaped, measuring 4.7mm x 2.2mm, making them suitable for most screw-in OEM buckles.
• Task 14: The width of the keeper is 10mm, and the thickness is 2mm. In contrast to most OEM keepers, which are only 1.7mm thick.
