RUBBER01 was developed for maximum resilience and absolute everyday suitability. Made from vulcanized FKM rubber, it is designed for water, heat, and mechanical stress.
This rubber strap is the result of consistent development work with one clear goal: to create an uncompromisingly stable, durable, and technically superior FKM rubber strap.

〰️ Triple Accordion Waves · maximum flexibility
Our FKM rubber strap features three pronounced Accordion Waves on both sides. Unlike many OEM straps, which usually have only double waves.
The first Accordion head is rounded, while the second and third are made flatter and aligned aerodynamically to the first head.
This creates a harmonious transition with better force transfer, higher elasticity, and noticeably more wearing comfort.
📐 Material expertise leads to precise material thickness
The material thickness on the lug side was engineered exactly to 2.5 mm between the inner and outer edge of the hole, measured without stainless steel tubes.
Many conventional rubber straps offer only around 2.0 mm here and leave a visible gap after installation.
The Corrigia Rubber strap fully closes the space, sits flush against the watch case, and is supplied as standard with integrated stainless steel tubes.
🧱 Constant material thickness across the entire strap center
The material thickness on both strap sides in the middle and at the strap end is precisely 4.0 mm.
Many OEM rubber straps reach only about 3.0 mm here, and on the short side often only approx. 2.99 mm.
This continuous construction prevents weak points along the strap and ensures consistently high resilience in every use.
⛓ No chain is stronger than its weakest link
For maximum safety, it is not enough to reinforce only the lug area. As with a chain, the weakest link always determines the overall stability.
Many OEM rubber straps have only 1.0–1.2 mm of material thickness on the buckle side.
Corrigia therefore designs the short side at exactly 2.0 mm and additionally integrates two stainless steel tubes on the buckle side.
The result is a rubber strap that offers the same resistance at the lugs and at the buckle – for consistently maximum resilience.
