Product information "BIG-STITCH 02"

In the "BIG-STITCH" series, we have increased the seam lengths and expanded the uniform look with modern color accents of the seam.
For this series we have used a soft and natural oil tanned leather from Italy with a fat content of 18-19 percent.

Length/Measurement
- Thickness : 3,4mm 
- The length and width are fix.

Production method
- Fit for the OEM-Buckles
- Each stitching hole is punched by a special awl and Double hand stitched with wax yarn.
- The buckle and the first keeper sit in a loop
- A free (loose) keeper
- Screw-in Buckle type and tubes can be selected individually- 

Used materials
- Soft and high-quality cowhide (oil tanned) from italian tannery.
- Tearproof and stable wax yarn made in Italy!
- Beeswax leather balm (resin-and acid-free)
