• Lug widths: 20 mm to 28 mm configurable
• XS: Longside 110 mm / Shortside 60 mm (approx. wrist circumference 14–15 cm)
• Short length: Longside 120 mm / Shortside 70 mm (approx. wrist circumference 15–16 cm)
• Regular length: Longside 130 mm / Shortside 80 mm (approx. wrist circumference 16–17 cm)
• Regular length: Longside 140 mm / Shortside 80 mm (approx. wrist circumference 17–18 cm)
• Historical XXL length: Longside 150 mm / Shortside 90 mm (approx. wrist circumference 19–22 cm)
• Historical XXL length: Longside 165 mm / Shortside 105 mm (approx. wrist circumference 22–24 cm)
• Note: A slight extra length is historically correct and intentionally provided.

Folding techniques we use

• True-Vintage-Triple-Fold (1950s): Triple-fold short side, four-fold inner sandwich fold long side
• True-Vintage-2533 technique (1930s): 3.5-fold internal folding technique with inserts
• True-Vintage-3646 technique (1940s): voluminous 3.5-fold internal folding technique
• OEM-style technique: The OEM-style folding technique is the standard classic folding technique and ensures a low material thickness at the lugs. The strap runs straight and remains slim at the lugs. This makes it compatible with almost all common watch models. Stainless steel tubes are installed for 24 mm and 26 mm lug widths. The tubes are not glued, but tension-held and can be pushed out if necessary with a pointed object.

Leather thickness Assembly & behavior with True-Vintage technique

• Solid build at the lugs (≥ approx. 2.5 mm leather thickness)
• First installation intentionally tighter
• Recommendation: first installation without tubes
• Leather adapts to the case after a short wear time
• Use stainless steel tubes only after approx. 2 weeks
• Lug width 24-28 mm: leather thickness approx. 5-6 mm
• Lug width 22-23 mm: leather thickness approx. 3-4 mm
• Lug width 20-22 mm: leather thickness approx. 2-3 mm

Manufacturing, finish & punching

• Completely hand-stitched. Hand-sanded & hand-polished
• Antique Serafil sewing thread (approx. 1960–1970)
  
• Depending on configuration with sew-in buckle or without sew-in buckle. With variants featuring a sew-in buckle, strap and buckle are permanently connected. They belong together - structurally, functionally, and historically. When ordering with a sew-in buckle, we automatically adjust the hole position for the best possible fit.
• If the strap is ordered without buckle, we punch rectangular holes, suitable for screwed OEM buckles.
• The position of the first hole can be specified in the comment field. Without specification, we punch the first hole as standard at 55 mm from the lug. The hole spacing is 7 mm (center to center). Please specify any different requests in the comment field.

Leather insert of the watch strap

• As a leather insert we use genuine suede leather in the color selected in the configurator. Implementation is only carried out if the respective construction and material thickness allow it.
