Handmade Corrigia PRE-V Buckle · Black DLC
The PRE-V Corrigia buckle is a solid wide tang buckle in the classic PRE-V shape. Made from 316L stainless steel and then refined with a black DLC coating (Diamond-Like Carbon). The result is an extremely durable surface with a deep matte, technical-elegant finish.
Thanks to the precise curvature, the buckle follows the strap’s line. It sits against the wrist without tension and reduces localized stress during movement, pull, and long-term wear.

⛓ Why DLC & screwed construction?
The combination of a screwed pin and DLC coating is deliberately chosen. While the screw construction prevents unintentional opening, the DLC layer permanently protects the buckle from abrasion, micro-scratches, and material fatigue.
The result is a buckle that remains visually calm, is technically robust, and retains its function and appearance even after years of intensive use.
